What this workflow does
The registration stays attached to one player record while the family supplies details. Review the evidence from the player card rather than creating another player when something is missing.
Where to go
Send or resend requests and see the status of each registration.
Review contact details, postcode, player photo, ID document, notes and submission state.
Review a registration
- 1Send the registration request
Choose the player and family contact, then send the SMS request.
- 2Open the player card from Registrations
Use the Players directory to locate the record, then check the player identity and team before changing any details.
- 3Review submitted evidence
Open the player photo and ID document separately. Use the copy controls for fields such as postcode.
- 4Request only the missing information
A family can receive more than one outstanding request; each requested field remains reviewable against the registration.
- 5Add a registration note when context matters
Notes record the text, date and time, and the person who added it.
- 6Mark submitted when the review is complete
Only do this after the required information and evidence have been checked.
Avoid duplicate players
If Playlee recognises that another parent already registered the child, pause and use the existing-family path. The warning should not block a legitimate second guardian.
