Add your club events to your phone calendar
Subscribe once from the app so every match, training session and event appears in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook and stays up to date.

What the calendar link gives you
Each person has their own calendar link. It includes your children's team events and, if you are a coach or team manager, the events of the teams you run. Your calendar app checks it for changes, so new events and changes appear without you doing anything.

Open the Schedule tab in the app and tap "Sync to calendar"
Staff will find the same button on their Schedule tab.

Choose Google Calendar, or Copy link
Google Calendar opens with the subscription ready to add. For any other calendar, copy the link.

Add the copied link as a subscription
In your calendar app, look for an option such as "Add by URL" or "Subscribe to calendar", and paste the link.
Good to know
- Cancelled events drop out of the calendar. Postponed events stay at their original time until they are rearranged.
- Events without a finish time are shown as 90 minutes long.
- The meet time and team name appear in the event notes.
- Families never see events the club has hidden from parents. Staff calendars include them.
- A fixture still marked "Details TBC" in the app appears at its provisional time, so check the app for the confirmed kick-off.

Anyone with your link can see the events in it, including where and when your child's team trains. Only add it to calendars you control.

Common questions
Why hasn't a change shown up in my calendar yet?
Calendar apps refresh subscriptions on their own schedule, and some (Google Calendar in particular) can take several hours. The app always shows the latest details.
Why is an event missing from my calendar?
It may be cancelled, hidden from parents, or for a team your child is not in. If it shows in the app but not the calendar, wait for your calendar to refresh.
I have children at two clubs. Do I need two links?
No. Your link covers every club where you have access, so one subscription is enough.
Can I add the calendar from the website?
The "Sync to calendar" button is in the app. Once you have copied the link, you can add it to a calendar on any device.
