Import league fixtures from FA Full-Time
Connect a team to its FA Full-Time page, sync its fixtures from the app, confirm each one, and understand "Details TBC" and what a re-sync changes.

How the import works
The FA blocks Playlee's servers from reading Full-Time, so the import runs from the Playlee Clubs app on a coach's phone. The phone opens the team's public Full-Time page and sends it to Playlee, which creates or updates the team's league fixtures.
Imported fixtures arrive marked "Details TBC", and importing them sends families no notification. Full-Time gives the date, opponent and home or away, but not your meet time, kit or away ground, so a coach confirms each fixture before relying on it.
Connect a team and sync

Find the team's Full-Time team ID
It is the number in the team page address on Full-Time, for example displayTeam.html?id=816617343. You can paste the whole address instead of the number.

Save it on the web, or connect in the app
On the web, open Teams, choose the team and use the "FA Full-Time fixtures" card, then select Save team ID. In the app, go to the Schedule tab, pick the team, tap "Connect FA fixtures", paste the ID or address, and tap Import.

Tap "Sync FA fixtures" in the app
Staff see this on the Schedule tab once the team is connected. If you run several teams, pick the team in the filter first. The result tells you how many fixtures are new, updated or rescheduled.

Re-sync whenever the league changes fixtures
Syncing is never automatic. Run it again after the league publishes new or changed fixtures.
Confirm an imported fixture

Open the fixture
On the web it shows a "Details TBC" tag in Schedule. In the app, parents see the date with "TBC" in place of the time, plus a note that the details are not confirmed yet.

Check the kick-off, and add the meet time and kit in the app
If the FA had not published a kick-off time, Playlee puts in a 10:00 placeholder, so always check the time. On the weekend pitch board, a fixture with a midnight start also shows as "Time TBC".

Add the venue or location
Full-Time does not supply grounds. Home fixtures need your venue (and a pitch). Away fixtures need the opponent's ground in "Or location" on the web or "Ground or location" in the app, so families know where to go.

Save it before kick-off
Saving confirms the fixture and removes "Details TBC". The web Home page also lists fixtures in the next week under "Needs your attention". "Confirm details" appears there once the kick-off, opponent, home or away, and location are all filled in; otherwise it says "Complete details".
What a re-sync changes
- Fixtures still on Details TBC are refreshed from the FA: date and time, opponent, home or away, status and score.
- Confirmed fixtures keep your kick-off, meet time and kit. Only the score and a postponed or cancelled status are updated.
- If the FA moves a confirmed fixture to a different day, Playlee moves it, clears the meet and finish times, and puts it back on Details TBC for you to confirm again.
- A fixture the FA marks cancelled, abandoned or void becomes Cancelled, and a postponed one becomes Postponed. Syncing sends no notifications, and it does not release pitch bookings.
- If the team already had fixtures from a spreadsheet import, the FA sync takes over the one on the same day rather than creating a duplicate. It removes spreadsheet fixtures the FA does not list, unless someone has edited them or families have replied.
Check every imported fixture
- The kick-off time is the real one, not the placeholder.
- Home fixtures have a venue and a pitch booking.
- Away fixtures have the opponent's ground as their location.
- The "Details TBC" tag has gone once you have saved.
Common questions
Why does my fixture say Details TBC?
It was imported from FA Full-Time and nobody has confirmed it yet, or the FA moved it to a new day. Open it, check the kick-off and location, and save before kick-off. Typing in a score after the game does not confirm it.
Why didn't parents get a notification about the imported fixtures?
Imports deliberately notify nobody, because the details are provisional. Confirming a fixture without changing anything does not notify families either. If the kick-off time or location changes while you confirm it, they get a "time changed" or "location changed" push.
Why is the kick-off 10:00 (or midnight)?
The FA had not published a time. Playlee uses 10:00 as a placeholder and keeps the fixture on Details TBC, and the weekend pitch board shows a midnight start as "Time TBC". Change it to the real kick-off when you confirm.
Why can't I find "Sync FA fixtures" on the web?
The FA blocks server access, so syncing only works from the Playlee Clubs app on a phone. The web only stores the team ID.
The sync says "no fixtures found yet". What now?
Check the team ID matches the right team on Full-Time and that the league has published fixtures. If the app says it could not reach FA Full-Time, check your phone's connection and try again.
What happens if I disconnect a team?
Fixtures already imported stay in the schedule but no longer update from the FA.
