What each tournament plan costs, what it includes, how credits work, and why a feature might be unavailable.

The short answer
Every tournament starts on Free (up to 8 teams). Standard costs £30 per tournament (up to 60 teams, plus branding, tickets and the venue screen). Pro costs £95 per tournament (no practical team limit). You pay once per tournament with a credit, not a subscription.

A credit is a one-off payment that puts one tournament on Standard or Pro. The prices here are the UK prices shown in the app. Checkout always shows the exact amount before you pay.
What this usually means
- Free: up to 8 teams, with scheduling, results, referees and data export.
- Standard, £30 per tournament: up to 60 teams, plus branding and sponsors, spectator tickets and the venue screen.
- Pro, £95 per tournament: everything in Standard with no practical team limit, for large multi-day events.
What to do next

To upgrade while creating a tournament, add your expected teams.
If they add up to more than 8, the last step offers Create and upgrade to Standard or Pro. Checkout opens on the same page, and the plan is applied as soon as payment completes.

To see your credits and receipts, go to Account Settings > Billing & Plans.
Tournament Credits shows what you have bought, and Purchase History lists invoices with PDF receipts. Buy Standard Tournament and Buy Pro Tournament buy a credit for later.

How much does Playlee cost for tournaments?
Free covers up to 8 teams. Standard is £30 and Pro is £95, each a one-off payment for one tournament. Separately, online entry fees and ticket sales carry a 3.25% + 20p fee per payment.
Why can I not see a feature I expected?
Branding, tickets and the venue screen need Standard or above and must also be switched on under Advanced settings > Optional features. Other features may need an earlier setup step.
I have hit the team limit. What happens?
You cannot add or approve more teams than your plan allows, even with Approve anyway. You will see Plan limit reached.
I bought a credit from my account page. How do I apply it to a tournament?
Contact support with the tournament name and we will apply it for you.
Do I get my credit back if I delete a tournament?
Yes. Deleting a Standard or Pro tournament returns its credit to your account, but you cannot delete a tournament once a team has paid or a match has started.
Is it a subscription?
No. Each credit is a one-off payment for one tournament.
