Typical flow

  1. 1

Start with General Details and Tournament Days.

  2. 2

Check Structure & Categories and Pitches next.

  3. 3

Switch on optional features in Advanced settings last, then configure each one.

Important checks

  • Timings and categories are not still placeholder values.
  • Only the features you need are switched on.
  • You can explain the public-facing tournament details without caveats.

Common questions

Should I fill every field before I continue?

No. Focus first on the settings that affect public information, scheduling and entries.

Why can I not switch on Branding, Tickets or Venue screen?

Those three need the Standard plan or above. See the plans and credits FAQ.

Where do I set entry fees?

In Advanced settings, under Tournament Signup Settings. Switch on Public signup first.
