How family access works

A parent or guardian account should link to the existing family and player records. A second guardian can have their own access without creating another child.

Join or restore access

  1. 1
    Open the newest invitation

If the club rescinded an invitation, older links will no longer be valid.

  2. 2
Sign in with the invited contact detail

Using a different account can leave the invitation accepted but the family invisible.

  3. 3
Read an existing-player warning before continuing

A masked parent email is shown as a prompt to recognise the family record. It does not block a genuine second guardian.

  4. 4
Ask the club to check family access if the child is missing

The registrar can link the guardian to the existing family rather than creating a replacement player.

What good access looks like

  • Each child appears once.
  • Both guardians use their own login.
  • Payments remain attached to the correct payer and player.
  • The app shows the expected club and team.
