Move your club from TeamFeePay to Playlee
Create your Playlee club, then ask us to import members, teams, guardians and fee plans from your TeamFeePay export.

Review the import before parents are invited
Importing the data does not contact parents or collect payments. The committee reviews the club first and decides when invitations are sent.
We used this process to move Staincross Rangers JFC during the season, including members, teams, guardians and active payment plans. The club reviewed the import before sending the welcome message.

Questions about moving from TeamFeePay
- How long does the migration take?
- Typically a few days from receiving your export, and the import itself is usually same-day. You review everything before parents are contacted.
- Will parents have to re-enter their details?
- No. Families arrive already linked to their children and teams. Parents just confirm their details, set up payment and download the app.
- What happens to payment plans that are part-way through the season?
- We map your fee plans and remaining schedules with you during the review, so families carry on paying what they agreed and nobody is charged twice or reset.
- Will anyone email our parents during the import?
- No. Importing data does not send invitations. Parents are contacted only after the committee approves the imported club and sends the invitations.
- What does Playlee cost compared to what we pay now?
- Playlee charges one all-in fee of 3.25% + 20p per transaction with card processing included. There is no subscription, setup fee or per-member charge. Put your own numbers into our calculator and compare it with your last statement.
