What the app brings together
The Team tab is the family starting point for the next event, availability and club news. Plans shows fees attached to the family. Staff see the tools allowed by their club role.
Use the main flows
- 1Choose the right child or team
Check the context before responding or opening a live match.
- 2Open an event to respond
Availability is stored against the selected child and event.
- 3Open Plans to review fees
Check the child, amount and due state before contacting the club.
- 4Open live match notifications directly
A current notification should deep-link to the live match rather than stopping at the Team tab.
- 5Refresh and retry if a live banner shows a connection error
If the event still fails, tell the club which team, match and device you used.
If something is missing
- The app is up to date.
- You are signed into the invited account.
- The expected child and club are visible.
- Notifications are enabled for Playlee.
- The match is still live if opening a live banner.
