Common questions
What do buyers get?
After payment, the confirmation page shows each ticket with a QR code and a 10-character manual code. Tickets are issued in the purchaser's name. Ask buyers to screenshot or keep that page.
How does check-in work at the gate?
Gate staff scan the QR code with their phone camera, which opens the check-in page with the ticket filled in, or type the manual code into QR token or manual code. Then they select Check in ticket. Staff must be signed in with access to the tournament.
Can a ticket be used twice?
No. Each ticket checks in once. After that, check-in shows who checked it in and when.
Are unpaid baskets held?
Yes. An unpaid order holds its tickets for up to 24 hours, or until the payment fails or checkout expires. Held tickets count towards the sold numbers.
