What this page is for

The Schedule page is your live planning view. It tells you what is placed, what is not, and what still needs fixing.

Main areas on this page

Counts
Scheduled, Unscheduled, Conflicts and Games without referee.
Pitch board
The fixtures already placed, by pitch and time.
Unscheduled tab
Fixtures still to place, for example when there is not enough room.
Issues tab
Clashes and capacity problems that still need action.
Referees tab
Referee assignments, available referees and Auto Assign.

Typical flow

  1. 1

    Read the Issues tab first.

  2. 2

    Check the Unscheduled tab second.

  3. 3

Then move fixtures on the board and select Save Changes.

Important checks

  • The Issues tab is clear or only shows problems you have accepted.
  • Unscheduled fixtures are accounted for.
  • The board reflects the real matchday order you want.

Common questions

Does the Auto Scheduler overlap fixtures when it runs out of room?

No. It leaves overflow fixtures on the Unscheduled tab instead.

What should I do if there is not enough pitch time?

Add another pitch, shorten the match timing, or extend the matchday hours. The issue card has a button for each.

The page says Add a pitch to start scheduling fixtures. What now?

You have no pitches yet. Add them in Settings > Pitches or Format > Pitches.
