Start with the UK pilot
Open playlee.com/uk/websites and choose Join the website pilot. Sign in with your normal Playlee account. An invited account continues to website setup; other accounts can save a club-name request and allow a reply about that request. Saving a request creates no club or subscription and sends no message automatically.
An existing membership, including membership of Staincross Rangers, does not require a different mobile number. Keep your current account and membership. Pilot access is an account cohort setting; it is separate from club authority.
Prepare the preview
- 1
Find your club
Search the known-club records or use manual entry. Selecting a directory record is a self-claim, not verification that the account officially represents the club.
- 2
Confirm information for Clubs
Check the crest, current teams, season and ground suggestions. Correct old details before saving. Confirmation creates or reuses the authorised club workspace in Playlee Clubs; it cannot take over an existing workspace.
- 3
Prepare the website
Retry Prepare website if needed. The saved club is kept, and retry does not intentionally replace existing content. Starter pages remain drafts.
- 4
Review teams and optional manager invitations
Manager names and mobiles are optional. Messages require an explicit recipient review and Send action when delivery is enabled. Website preview and publication do not depend on invitations. Full-Time source links need a real successful import before fixtures are described as synced.
An existing workspace or ownership concern needs review
An existing workspace or ownership concern needs review
Do not create another workspace to bypass an access conflict. Ask the existing administrators for access or contact Playlee support. Do not submit passwords, payment details, child records or identity documents in ordinary support chat.
