What you will do
Helpers are useful when setup is stable and you want extra hands on teams, results, or matchday admin.
Only the tournament owner can manage helpers. The page is called Tournament helpers and you reach it from Advanced settings > Manage admin access.
Before you start
- Decide what the helper actually needs to do. The roles are Co-admin, Support and Viewer.
- Invite people after the core setup is stable.
- Use the email address the helper signs in to Playlee with.
Where to go
- Advanced settings > Manage admin access
- Opens the Tournament helpers page, where you add helpers and manage pending invites.
How to do it
- 1
In the tournament sidebar, open Advanced settings and select Manage admin access.
- 2
Under Add a helper, enter their Email address and Choose a role.
Co-admin is the default. Pick Support or Viewer if they do not need full control.
- 3
Select Add helper.
- 4
If the invite has not arrived, use Copy link, Retry delivery or Send again on the pending invite. Use Revoke invite to cancel it.
- 5
Ask the helper to open the tournament before matchday to prove their access works.
Check you are ready
- The helper was added with the email address they sign in with.
- The helper can open the tournament after accepting.
- The helper has only the role they need.
