What you will do
Review the public page as if you were a parent seeing it for the first time.
There is no separate publish button. Teams, fixtures and results are public by default.
Before you start
- Check wording, dates and venue details first.
- Review fixtures and standings from a public point of view.
- Do not share a page that still contains placeholders or old timings.
Where to go
- Open public page
- In the bar at the top of the Matchday Centre, or Public page in the sidebar.
- Advanced settings > Public signup page
- The Competition visibility switch (labelled Public) hides teams, fixtures, results, standings and brackets.
How to do it
- 1
Select Open public page and read it from top to bottom.
- 2
Check dates, location and event wording first.
- 3
Review fixtures, standings and any public notices next.
- 4
Share only once the page feels complete and current.
Check you are ready
- No placeholder wording remains.
- The public timings and venue details are correct.
- Fixtures and results look ready for spectators.
If something looks wrong
If something looks wrong
If you would need to explain away what is on the page, it is not ready to share yet.
Edit public visitor information
- 1
Open Advanced settings and Public info
Use Parking, Food & drink, Site layout, Fees and Contact.
- 2
Choose which sections are visible
Enter the text and explicitly set the page and individual section switches, then select Save public info. Enabled information can be shown publicly.
- 3
Read the public page
Check the displayed wording and contact details. This saves information only; it sends no messages and does not collect the fees described in the text.
Save public policy wording
- 1
Open the public policies editor in Advanced settings
Review refund, check-in, late arrival, walkover, weather, protest and eligibility policies.
- 2
Choose the presets and any custom public wording
Check the Public preview before saving. Set the relevant deadline, arrival/grace minutes, walkover score and protest window, and review the public wording. The existing parser normalises this configuration.
- 3
Check the public rules and info pages
Saving policy wording does not issue a refund, decide a protest, award a walkover or take a payment. The Support controls use the same presets, numeric fields and plain custom wording as this editor.
Change tournament branding
- 1
Open Branding and sponsors
Use Advanced settings on a tournament whose branding feature and plan permit it.
- 2
Set the current colour and image URLs
Choose the colour and enter the public logo/banner URLs, then save branding. This generic path does not upload a file.
- 3
Check the public page
Updated colours and images can become visible publicly; no payment or notification is sent.
