Review before publication

  1. 1

    Review Pages, Settings and Photos

Publish the home page in Pages with a hero heading, add the website title in Settings and choose the website address. A newer saved draft does not replace the currently published page until you publish it.

  2. 2

    Check public details and permissions

Check contacts, public teams, the club’s own policy text and photo permissions in the preview. Pending photos stay hidden from public output. Blank map coordinates use the club ground location from Playlee when available.

  3. 3

    Check the address

For your own domain, use the Domain screen and wait for its verified live state before making it primary. Keep domain registration and email with the existing providers; do not delete unrelated DNS or mail records.

  4. 4

    Confirm publication

When self-service publication is enabled for the pilot, tick the review declaration and choose Publish website. This makes already-published pages visible; draft pages stay private. Manager invitations are independent. Suspended or offboarded sites need Playlee review.

Common recovery questions

Publication could not be confirmed. Should I keep clicking?

Refresh the overview and check live status first. A response may have been lost after the CMS changed the site. Retrying is designed to recover the recorded outcome without republishing an already-live site.

The wrong design appears after a downgrade.

A premium template falls back to Classic without Premium access. Your saved template choice and page content are retained. Review Plan before selecting another design.

Someone is impersonating the club or published unsafe information.

Contact Playlee support with the public URL, your relationship to the club and the specific concern. Do not include child personal data or credentials. Support must investigate; the assistant cannot transfer ownership or promise removal from a claim alone.
