About PLAI Sport
PLAI's existing app has offered club features across several sports and has established store ratings. Multi-sport organisations may want to compare its current app and the announced PLAI 3.0 product.
PLAI's public material describes PLAI 3.0 as covering payments, communication, events and availability. Its advertised promotional fee does not state on the page whether card processing or a fixed fee is charged separately.

Current Playlee Clubs features
A published, all-in fee
3.25% + 20p per transaction, including card processing, with no subscription. On a £30 payment, the club receives £28.82.
Apps for iOS and Android
The Playlee Clubs app is available on the App Store and Google Play, with features covering registration, fixtures, payments and matchday.
Grassroots football features
Live matchday console with fair minutes, team eligibility rules, safeguarding and DBS tracking, pitch maps, and a full tournament platform alongside the club product.
Start with your own club
Create the club online, then ask for migration help if you need to move teams, members, guardians or fee plans.
What to check before choosing a platform
Ask each provider for current answers to the following questions.
- Is the full fee published, including the percentage, fixed fee and card processing?
- Can I use the product today, with my club's real data, before committing?
- Who is responsible for importing the club data?
- What exactly can each role see about a child, and who approves reveals?
- What happens on matchday, after the availability list?
