Book a pay-to-play session for your child or yourself
Find the sessions your family can book, choose dates, pay, and cancel or change a booking.

What you can book
Clubs run sessions you can book without joining a team, for example Wildcats, a Fun Club or an adults’ Just Play. You only see the sessions someone in your family can book.
Open the link or QR code the club shared, or find them in the Playlee Clubs app under Schedule, then Book a session.
Book

Choose who is attending
Pick your child, or yourself for an adults’ session. If they are not listed yet, add them with their date of birth.

Pick dates
Tick the dates you want, or choose Book all remaining. Full dates put you on the waiting list instead.

Add their details once
An emergency contact, who can collect them, and whether photos are allowed. These are kept for future bookings.

Accept the terms and pay
If the club takes payment when booking, you go to a secure card payment. If you pay on attendance, you are only charged when a coach marks them present.
Common questions
Why can’t I see a session my friend booked?
Sessions have rules set by the club, such as an age range or girls only. You only see sessions someone in your family meets the rules for.
How do I cancel?
Open My sessions and cancel the date. If you cancel before the club’s cancellation deadline on a date you paid for, you are refunded automatically.
Can I pay cash?
Yes, if the club allows it. The coach records the cash on the day.
My child also plays in one of the club’s teams. Do I need a new account?
No. Use the same account and choose your child from your family.
