What this page is for

The Tournaments home page lists every tournament you run. Opening one takes you to its Matchday Centre, and the sidebar gets you to every other part of that tournament.

Main areas on this page

Tournaments home
Shows your tournaments as cards with a Live, Draft or PRO badge, plus Open, Settings and Delete. Create tournament starts a new one, and View all lists every tournament.
Matchday Centre
The home page for one tournament. The bar along the top shows the team and fixture counts, a link to Open public page, and a shortcut to the Setup guide or matchday tools.
Sidebar
Set-up (Settings, Format, Advanced settings), People (Teams, Referees, and Guardians if switched on), Matchday (Schedule, Results, and Ticketing if switched on) and Public & screens (Venue screen if switched on, and Public page).
Help and support
The help rail inside each tournament links to the guides for the page you are on.

Typical flow

  1. 1

Open the tournament you are working on from the Tournaments home page.

  2. 2

Use the Setup guide until the basics are done: settings, format, teams and schedule.

  3. 3

On matchday, work from the Matchday Centre, Schedule and Results.

Important checks

  • You are in the right tournament before changing anything.
  • The team and fixture counts in the top bar look right.
  • You have checked Open public page before sharing the link.

Common questions

Why can I not see Ticketing or Venue screen in the sidebar?

They only appear once they are switched on under Advanced settings > Optional features, and both need the Standard plan or above.

Where is the Access page?

It is not in the sidebar. Go to Advanced settings and select Manage admin access.

Can I delete a tournament?

Yes, with Delete on its card, but not once any team has paid an entry fee or any match has started. If the tournament was on Standard or Pro, deleting it returns the credit to your account.
