- What does Playlee Clubs cost?
- Nothing to set up and no subscription. When a parent pays the club through Playlee we charge one all-in fee of 3.25% + 20p per transaction — card processing fees included. That is the entire cost.
- We already use TeamFeePay / spreadsheets. How hard is switching?
- We do the migration for you: members, teams, guardians and fee plans imported before you commit. Book a demo and we will have your club set up before the call.
- Do parents need to create accounts and passwords?
- No. Parents register from a link the club shares, and sign in to the app with a one-time text code. Returning families are recognised so nothing gets re-typed.
- How is player data kept safe?
- Player records are person-level and privacy-gated: a parent only ever sees their own children, sensitive details are revealed only after identity checks, and volunteer DBS/safeguarding records are tracked for the committee.
