Club payments
Collect payments when you are ready
You can set up teams, fixtures and families before connecting Stripe. Payment plans are linked to the relevant player, so parents see only the plans for their family.
On a £30 monthly payment, the club receives
£28.82
3.25% + 20p all-in, including card processing.
Control who can see club and player information
Parent access stays with their own children. A second parent or carer can be invited with specific access. Coaches and volunteers see what their role requires, while the committee keeps club-wide control.
Questions before you start
- Can we start without speaking to anyone?
- Yes. Playlee is fully self-service. Create the club, add a team and preview the setup privately. Optional migration help is available if you need it.
- Do we have to collect payments through Playlee?
- No. You can set up teams, schedules, availability and messages without connecting payments. Add payment plans later if and when they suit your club.
- What does Playlee Clubs cost?
- There is no setup charge or subscription. When a parent pays through Playlee, the all-in transaction fee is 3.25% + 20p, including card processing. If you do not collect through Playlee, there is no transaction fee.
- Can we bring our data from another platform?
- Yes. Start the club yourself, then ask us for migration help if you need it. We can help move teams, members, guardians and fee plans from another platform.
- Can parents see other children or payment plans?
- No. Parent access is scoped to their own children and the relevant teams, activity and payment plans. A second parent or carer can be invited with the permissions the family chooses.
