Buy from the club shop and track your order
Buy kit, merchandise or tickets from your club in the app, then follow the order until it is ready to collect or posted.

- A club that has opened its shop
Shopping with your club
If your club runs a shop, you can buy from it in the Playlee Clubs app and pay by card. The price shown is the price you pay, plus any delivery charge you choose. After you pay, My orders shows where your order is and, if it was posted, the tracking details.
Where to go
- Team tab → Club shop
- Browse what your club has on sale.
- You tab → Club shop / My orders
- The shop, and every order you have placed with any club, newest first.
Buy and track an order

Open the Club shop
Pick an item, choose an option such as size, and fill in any personalisation (for example initials). Some items show an extra charge for personalisation. Tap Add to basket.

Choose delivery
In the basket, choose a delivery option. Collection means picking it up from the club. Postage asks for your address.

Pay by card
Tap Continue to checkout, then Pay with saved card or Pay by card. A secure card checkout opens if needed. If the app says your payment is processing, don’t pay again.

Follow it in My orders
Each order shows its progress: Order placed, Paid, Being prepared, then Ready to collect or Posted, and finally Collected or Completed.

Track a posted parcel
When the club adds tracking, tap Track parcel or copy the tracking number. If it says the club hasn’t added a tracking number, use Contact the club.
Before you pay
- The size and personalisation are right. The club makes exactly what you type.
- The delivery option suits you, and the postal address is complete.
- You are in the right club if your family belongs to more than one.
Common questions
I can’t see a Club shop.
Your club may not have opened a shop yet. The shop only appears for clubs that use it. If you can’t see My orders, update the app to the latest version.
Where is my order?
Open You → My orders and tap the order. It shows each step and, once posted, the tracking details. For anything else, contact the club. They pack and send orders, not Playlee.
How do I get a refund?
Ask the club. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Where is my ticket?
Open the order in My orders and show the ticket at the door.
Can I pay by Direct Debit or cash?
Shop orders are paid by card in the app.
