Questions about Playlee Accounts
- What does Playlee Accounts cost?
- It is free for clubs that collect payments through Playlee. For everyone else it is £10 per month or £100 for the season, VAT included. No per-member charge, no add-on tiers.
- Do we have to move the club’s banking?
- No. Connect the existing account through a read-only Open Banking feed, or upload statements instead. Playlee can read transactions but cannot move money from the account.
- We use a spreadsheet today. What changes?
- Income collected through Playlee is added to the relevant category automatically. Bank transactions arrive through the feed and Playlee suggests matches based on previous entries.
- We are a CASC. Will the reports use the right format?
- Yes. Choose whether the club is an unincorporated club, CASC, registered charity, CIO or limited company. Reports use the relevant structure and headings.
- What does our independent examiner get?
- A locked accounting year, an activity log and figures that can be traced back to a bank transaction or Playlee payment.
