Pitch
Registration is at the main atrium. Pitch 1 is in the stadium bowl, Pitches 2 and 3 are on the north campus, and the indoor showcase arena hosts skills challenges and finals presentations.

Matchday Essentials
Teams must check in 45 minutes before their first fixture.
If a team arrives late, the organiser may reduce the fixture length after a grace period of 5 minutes to protect the schedule.
If weather affects the schedule, the organiser may adjust fixture timings or amend the format to complete the event.
Entry Fees
Team entry is GBP95 per team, reduced to GBP75 for additional teams from the same club. Spectator passes are available from the Tickets page for each event day.
Parking
Primary parking is in the Hilton overflow and South Gate zones. Blue badge parking is signposted near the main reception.
Food & Drink
Coffee, hot food and grab-and-go kiosks run from 08:00. Team meal pre-orders are available from the south concourse.
