Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the baseline rules for using Playlee across our currently served markets. They are written to sit alongside mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that may apply in the UK, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and other countries where Playlee is made available.
Platform use
Playlee provides tournament management software for organisers and related participants. You are responsible for the accuracy of tournament data, contacts, eligibility information, and any public content you publish through the service.
- Organisers must ensure they have authority to upload or publish event information and contacts.
- Users must use the service only for lawful sporting, administrative, and related community purposes.
- Public-facing tournament content remains the responsibility of the organiser who publishes it.
Accounts and access
Users must keep login credentials and magic links secure. Organisers are responsible for access granted to staff, referees, and team managers within their tournaments.
You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access, account compromise, or misuse. Playlee may suspend or restrict access where this is reasonably necessary to protect the platform, tournament data, or other users.
Payments and commercial terms
Payments processed through Playlee use third-party payment providers. Organisers remain responsible for their own event pricing, refund policies, tax treatment, and participant communications unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits may be set out in a separate quote, invoice, or order form.
- Third-party payment-provider terms apply to payment execution, settlement timing, and chargebacks.
- Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, organiser-facing fees are non-refundable once incurred.
Acceptable use
You must not use Playlee to upload unlawful content, interfere with the platform, misuse personal data, or attempt unauthorised access to other tournaments, teams, referees, or accounts.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Do not impersonate another club, organiser, referee, team, or participant.
- Do not use the service to distribute spam, abusive content, malware, or misleading communications.
Availability and support
We aim to keep Playlee available and accurate, but live events still require organiser oversight, manual checks, and sensible contingency planning. We may update, improve, or maintain the service without prior notice where needed for quality, security, or compliance reasons.
Support is provided through the channels Playlee makes available, including support@playlee.com. Response times may vary based on issue severity, environment, and any commercial support terms in place with the organiser.
Availability, liability, and local law
We aim to keep the platform available and accurate, but organisers should maintain suitable operational checks for live events. Liability should be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to mandatory consumer protections, data-protection duties, and other non-excludable obligations in the countries where Playlee operates.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where local law says those rights must remain in place.
Support, notices, and precedence
Operational, legal, and support notices can be sent to support@playlee.com. Where a separate order form, invoice, organiser agreement, or mandatory local law applies, that document or law may add to these baseline terms.
If there is a conflict between these general terms and a signed organiser agreement or mandatory local law, the more specific agreement or mandatory law will take precedence to the extent of the conflict.
